Pop star Justin Bieber has turned over a new leaf and ventured deep into the Guatemalan jungle to help a group of poor villagers build a new schoolhouse.
Justin performed in Guatemala City over the weekend, and according to TMZ while he was in the city Biebs joined up with Pencils of Promise (an organization dedicated to building schools for communities in need)
Justin Biber caught a helicopter to the remote area, where construction of the schoolhouse was already under way. The star quickly got to work joining the construction team in sticking up a wall. Biebs was stunned by the town and its condition, he even took off his shoes and gave them to one of the local children.
Bieber posted the below video to his blog saying it was, "one of the most amazing powerful experiences of my life... I feel like they helped me as much as I helped them."
